Please submit your event requests at least 5 business days in advance. Following the receipt of your request form, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day, including details of the services to be provided and the staff assigned to your event. The Media Center does not guarantee service for events that are not submitted at least 5 business days prior to the event date.

For areas such as the Innox Innovation Center, BITLoft, and the Legal Clinic Courtroom, please contact the respective area manager to schedule an appointment, obtain information regarding the technical infrastructure, and submit your request accordingly. These areas do not fall under the responsibility of the Media Center.
