The Graduation Ceremony of International Balkan University for Class 2023 will be held on 23 June 2023 (Friday) at 18:00h at the IBU Campus in Skopje.
All graduates at first, second and third cycle studies are kindly requested to pay attention to the following remarks:
– You can collect your graduation gowns from the Student Support Desk at the Rectorate building starting from 22 May 2023 (Monday), on every working day between 09:00 and 15:00. Graduates should deposit their ID Card/Passport in order to take their graduation gowns. Last day to pick up a graduation gown is 21 June 2023 (Wednesday);
– Graduates who are willing to attend the Graduation Ceremony Class 2023 must fill out the registration form available on the university website, no later than 18 June 2023, 12:00h. Graduates failing to submit the registration form will not be called to receive their diplomas during the Graduation Ceremony:
– Students who do not register with the form will not be given graduation gowns.
– Graduates who will register for attendance at the Graduation Ceremony Class 2023 are expected to be at the ceremony venue on 23 June 2023 no later than 17:00h;
– Each graduate is allowed to bring max. 3 guests at the Ceremony.

- Graduation photo submissions have ended.
- Graduates should deposit their ID Card/Passport in order to take their graduation gowns. Last day to pick up a graduation gown is 21 June 2023 (Wednesday)
